I got my warhead shocks working the way I want, but they still bottom out on huge jumps. I don't want to change them because I love the way they drive...

Q: When my esavage Bottoms out does that cause damage to drive train, motors, frame????

I would assume all of the impact is taken in or around the shocks. I would think you would bend the shock shafts, or break the shock mounts before you hurt the frame or the other parts of the suspension. As for hurting the motors, as long as you arent under power when you hit the ground, I dont think a big jump or a small jump affects them any differently.

You could try thicker oil or stiffer springs, but, simply put, there is a limit on how high you can go before you break things, regardless of how well built your truck is.

thanks box for the feedback... I have changed springs and oil and started to get some hopping on the landings. So I think I have done all I can do on the shocks..
