i wouldn't go in in the snow as the water could harm the electronics, such as the reciever, servo, and speed control

If you want to drive in snow i would use some brushed motors as the sintered magnets in brushles motors do not like water (snow).....
Also some serious waterproofing would be in order......You will need to waterproof everything electronic.....and cleaning up after is a pain in the but...
I've done it with my freinds evader and we were cleanig it for ages to prevent rust...
I also had a venom mini giant that i preped for driving under water.....very funny to watch!!
So with a bit of work you can indeed drive where you want...
You may have already read this but....this is a good place to start...there are many other good water proofing articles on the web....

Make sure to check out the waterproofing guide:D
I used johnson 550 only cost $3.50 a piece, if anything happens to em cheap to replace and they are just as good as stock.
Only blew one set. Have driven in mud, snow, and rain.
I also used plastidip to even get more waterproofing
Plastidipped the servo put it back in the radio box
silicone the radiobox then plastidipped the radiobox
also plastidipped ESC up to heat sinks after siloconing
Did get some moisture in the ESC a couple of times but opening and using a blow dryer cleared it up and was up and running shortly after
Check out some pics at www.rc.freshpcs.com got some well mudded up shots
I love running in mud especially but watch your engine temps.
Anywho good luck :D

Driving in snow is a blast. Put a Syran baggie over the ESC & motors and let er rip. Thats what I do on my E maxx ( now I know some of you are saying..."there's an infiltrator among us", But I view us all as E brothers..LOL) I have been learining alot from you guys here. Thanks. Driving in snow becomes especially fun if you swap in some bigger tires and gear down accordingly. I run 14t pinnions/ 70t spur with 7" Losi LST tires. My brother runs a near stock Emaxx and also Wild Dagger -w- Mag mayhems. They are all lots of fun in the snow.
Here's a few pics of mine, I was running HotBodies 7" tires at the time.

No, we welcome all here
and appreciate any coments or suggestions
Nice pics too
but i wanna know if with the temperature it's ok like 0 or -5 celcius
Oh yea, cold temperatures are ok. Everything is just more brittle in cold temps, especially the plastic.

I'm another E-maxx guy(sorry) and I just put a shower cap over the whole chassis and run it all day without problems. It might work on a E-Sav.
