I just bought a Accu-Cycle Elite charger/discharger. I am hoping it will be able to do all i need for battery maintenance on the 4200mah batteries for my e-savage and the RX battery for my savage 4.6. From what i have read in Kostaktinos battery turorial the 50ma-2a fast charge and discharge with a 0.8v-1.2v cutoff are all i need for reviving my batteries after storage or misuse. Or do i need more equipment? Also, if i decide to go with LiPo for my e-sav in the future will its 1-3cell capacity be enough? i will probably end up with some Team Orion 4800mah lipo packs or something similar for the purpose of increased runtime. Here is a list of the specs on the charger http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=289050 . I will also need a fast charger in the 4-6a range. I dont really want to spend too much on this $50-$60 or so. I havent been getting along with the GT thunder(false peaks) I have been eyeing up the Hobbico Dual Peak, anyone have opinions on that one? or other suggestions? Thanks fer any help!

I have that charger and it does work great to cycling and charging.. It say max 2amp but if you charge two batts at the same time you only get about max 1.8 As far as lipo my biggest is a 3 cell 2100mah and I have had no problems... ( I do use a balancer when charging lipos).. I really like the charger have used is fro about 2 years with no problems... but when charging my car 4200 batts I still use the stock charger.. (I really only use the elite to cycle the car batts) it would take to long to charge a 4200 batt...
