Hi all,
sorry about the long absence ... life took over for a while ;)
Just passed by to tell you all that I'm not dead (yet) and that I've been loading my packs for some bashing this week. It has been since August since I ran the little sucker.
What am I up to: making an online, interactive 3d model of the e-Savage. I'm experimenting at the moment on a 'normal car' model and I expect it will work out fine. (See my eZilla atlas thread on ezillacom)
Experimenting with my new 1:1 car (4wd Sorento ... takes me to places I haven't been before :D )
Hope you all are doing great ... I have a lot of catching up to do. Take care!!

Jeeezzz ... it has been over 18 months since the last introduction ... but I'm back again :)
Planning on reviving the E-zilla and juicing it up to full capacity. looking for crazy long-lasting Lipo's (Kosta, I'm looking into your suggestions buddy), new body and ... AGAIN ... a new set of c-hubs

welcome back Rufio nice to see you are back.
Did we smell for the last 18 months ?? Is that why you did not come in and say hello earlier? :)

hehe ... just got sea sick from bouncing boobies :p
my absence had nothing to do with the forum ... I changed some pretty fundamental stuff in my life and it took some work ... only thing that I kept was my wife and yes, that's a good thing :-)

The 3D model of my car got deleted together with about 300Gb of other stuff when my hard disk crashed about 4 months ago ...
I'm thinking of rebuilding it ... not sure though cause it takes a lot of time.
My EZ is not really in top shape: last time I bashed it, it was raining and the 'small' ditch I ran it through was actually about 15 cm filled with water ... it survived the plunge and to be honest, IT WAS COOL to see the car submerge into the gulf of mud-water to come out on the other side ... too bad no one saw it or filmed it
I expect that I need to disassemble the EZ and replace any screw, bolt and nut that is rusty ... but I'll get it done (and will try out the Lipo's I'll buy)
BTW, I will restart my work on the remote controlled shock-changer :-) Going from buggy to monster by a push of the (remote) button ...
