whassup guys (and any girls) hows it/they hangin ? ;)

I seen that traxxas sumit, and like that to be the thing to get next year...it seems cool enough, wondering if its able to switch gears in high speed ? anyone got opinions on that model ? the main thing i think is cool is the shock 'setup'.

where is it and what does it cost ?

comments welcome!

First off I love your link. Secondly the Traxxas summit is pretty much a Traxxas E-Revo other than the remote locking differential which is awesome. I to think it would be a great new truck. It will only be a while and they will have this in a BL setup.

The E-Revo BL with the Mamba Monster 2200kv has been introduced but has not been released. I believe it will be available by before Christmas so people can purchase it for peasants.

The Revo chassis is awesome and handles great.

Nice link... What were we talking about again? :D Oh, the Summit. Here's a link:

I am digging it. I like the idea of being able to:

1.) Crawl without being a real crawler (nothing I have can crawl)
2.) Go fast, but not too fast (everything I have is fast)
3.) Go in the water, snow, or mud (nothing I have can go there)

Plus it looks cool. I know, I know, not a great reason. But it does.

Suddenly I think I can go as peasant LOL

yeah it looks cool! the body looks tough, and it has 10 built in head and tail lights, and room for 4 more leds on the roof lol. i thought the price was 750 USD a few weeks ago and now its 500 something on tower ? The price expected here is 800 usd. i wonder to what extend the chassis/parts are compatible with the revo, anything is good news in general right..

I don't want to get a Summit from Traxxas.

I want a Medusa-powered MMM-handled Summit for X-mas  not a chance thou..:(

It DOES seem like the small battery compartments won't direct fit any whopping lipo packs.

my favourite thread on this subject:

If I'm feeling rich some day, I'll likely add one to the farm and do a Brushless job on it, might be fun! Got some darn cool features for sure...

HEHE, Generis, funny about the thread link you posted - My traxxass name is REVO96 - "TRUE CRAWLERS HAVE SOLID AXLES":p The only reason my name is revo96 is because I couldn't find a name that wasn't taken - I had a revo for 2 weeks and that damn thing nickle-and-dimed me to death!

Yeah, I pretty much started the "FLAMING" on that thread!!!
