Pics of my tires. Not really a mod, but I like the way it looks.

daveronline,
I love it. I thought the stock tires were too small. As for the handling, I never ran it with the stock tires. I put these on as soon as I got home and it handles great. I have to take it easy on hard fast (full speed) turns, cause the center of gravity is higher and the shocks I'm running are much stiffer. Hope this answers your question.

reddigan,
Yep they are Moab's, I bought these from a Hobby Town down the road. I did some searching on line and the company Pro-line makes them. Here is a direct link to their products.

Here is a the info for my wheel:

Here is the info for the stock tire so you can compare. I dont have the weight of the stock tire however.
Low-profile tires
Big 5.4 inch diameter tires easily climb over fist-sized rocks. The block pattern of the tread ensures stable grip on straightaways and corners. The low-profile design helps make the truck look stylish.
Tires: 5.4 inches in diameter / 2.8 inches wide
Wheels: 3.5 inches in diameter / 2.2 inches wide (Compatible with SAVAGE)
Hope this is what you needed.

mOOse,
I've been running, jumping, and er,..crashing for a little over 2 months now, I haven't had any problems with the drive shaft and my run time averages are still above 10-15 mins on the stock batteries. I dont have a track of any sorts where I live, so its mostly run in construction areas (great jumps).
I know the look and feel of your savage is a personal thing, but the Moabs I have are not for everyone, but I like em. They feel good and fly great.
